Garabed was exiled with his parents and 2 sisters. They were driven from Zeytoon to Deir-el-Zor. After staying there some weeks the caravan was sent further on. 

                  On the road they were attacked by Kourds, who killed the most of the people, so also Garabed's father and mother. Garabed was brought to a village Sjemek. There he stayed 10 years by different Kourds.

                  One day he fled to Deir-el-Zor there our agent found him and sent him further on. 

 

Was very weak and had to undergo several operations.
