Artin's father was killed
before the war. He himself was exiled with his mother and a brother. That
latter became ill on the road and they had to leave him there.
The caravan came near Mardin,
there the mother was dragged away by a Kourd.
Artin one day was taken by an
Arab. He stayed there 11 years, had then opportunity to flee and reached
Deir-el-Zor. There our agent found him and sent him per motor-car on to us.
Left
our care: November 29, 1925. Relatives.
