One
day a father brought his 3 children here, 2 girls and a little boy. Once it was
a happy family, father, mother and 2 girls.
They came on the road with a
large caravan the man clothed as a wife. On that way his life was saved. One
day they fled from the caravan and hid themselves in a cave. After a few days
they were found and driven further on.
One day the caravan was
attacked by Arabs. Our family came to a village where they stayed many years.
The husband as a shepherd and farmer, and the wife as a servant in the Arab's
house.
After
the death of his wife, the man got very melancholic and his only thought was to
bring his children back to the Christians.
One day some muleteers helped
him and he succeeded in coming to Hassitshe. From there our agent sent them to
our home in Aleppo.
The
three children Rosa, Bedia and Naim have a father and grandfather in Aleppo.
Left
our care: September 7, 1925. Father and grandfather in Aleppo.
