In the beginning of the deportations he was exiled with his family to Konia where his parents became ill and died. Dovlet with his little sister were sent with a caravan of deportation to Biredjik. In this town he lost his sister, he himself was taken to a Kourdish village named Obaba.
Dovlet remained years in the village being a shepherd. Once he met an Armenian from Aleppo, he told him about his life and how it happened that he was in the village. The Armenian took him to Aleppo and turned him over to us.
Left on his own account, probably returned to the Moslems.
Left our care: November 10, 1923.
