Minas’father
was a soldier in the Tukish army. He was exiled with his mother and two
sisters. The caravan arrived to Conia, there they stayed 2 months, then they
were driven forward to Ras-e-Ain. After
some days again on the road. There the mother was killed and Minas with his 2
isters, Nazli and Loucia, were by an Arab brought to a village Sandjack. 12
years they stayed there and worked for man.
Two
years ago, Nazlı was married to a Kurd. One day Minas came to Hassitshe our
agent saw him and persuaded him to go to us.
Our
agent also succeded in getting Lousia away, so one day Minas and his sister
arrived per motorcar to our rescue-home in Aleppo.
We have sent Minas to his father in
Bagdad.
