Her father was a soldier in the Turkish Army and is supposed to be in Russia. Yeva was deported with her mother to Mardin. Yeva was taken to a Turkish house where she became a servant and later she was married to the Turk. Her mother was taken to another house and was acting as a maid servant.
One monther after Yeva's marriage, Armenians were allowed to leave Turkey. She fled to Diarbeker took a passport and fled with some Greek refugees.
Her uncles are in America.
Yeva found relatives here in Aleppo and went to live with them.
