Yeghsa
is from a village near Tcharsandjak, she was exiled with her mother and
brother.
They reached Mardin where they
succeeded in hiding themselves.
The mother became a servant in
a Turk's house. Some months after she got ill and died.
Yeghsa and her brother were
staying some years in the Turk's house. Then Yeghsa fled because the Turk
wanted to marry her to another Turk.
She reached Ras-el-Ain from
where she was sent on to our home in Aleppo.
