On the first outbreak of the war her
father, with many other Armenians was put in prison and then killed. She came
on the road with her mother, one brother and one sister, but during the
toilsome and dangerous march amoing the savage tribes she lost her dear ones.
She herself was taken by a Kurd and was brought to his house in Surudj. Her
possessor forced her to be his second wife, thus she waited patiently for her
doom. After eleven years she succeeded to flee, and by our Arabpounar agent she
was sent to Aleppo.
